Scenario Templates

When you create a new scenario, you have the option to choose a prebuilt template to help you get started. The “New Scenario” template is often a good option, as it already includes category rows and summary rows to organize your data.

The example below shows how you can use the “New Scenario” template to organize different categories of data, such as customer acquisition and revenue streams. To add additional category rows, simply click the plus button next to the metric/row you want to nest your new category row under and select “Add Category Row.” (More information about adding rows is available in the “Metrics” section)

Moving a Row with Click and Drag

In some instances you may need to rearrange a row from its original position, potentially into another section or nested underneath another row. To move a row, simply hover overtop of the row’s name, click and hold on the “grabber” icon on it’s left side, then drag the row to its desired position. If you would like to nest the row underneath another row simply slide your mouse to the right while holding the “grabber” icon.

Hiding Rows via View Settings

You can hide specific rows/sections via the view settings in the sidebar. This only temporarily hides items for you rather than disabling them from view for other users (which can be done at a section level in the Share Settings).
