Connecting with HubSpot account will allow your CRM data to be mapped and visualized inside your financial model. Continue reading to learn how to connect and start using the HubSpot integration

Add the Integration

To access your integrations screen click on the company button (only accessible by Company Admin users) in the top right of your screen and then select “Integrations”.

You then can connect an integration source by clicking the purple “Add Data Source” button in the top right of your screen.

This opens an Add Integration modal. Use the Choose your data source dropdown and select HubSpot from the list

The Integration Name field defaults to "HubSpot" — rename it if you want something more specific. Set Auto-sync — Manual only (syncs only when you trigger a refresh), DailyWeeklyBi-weekly, or Monthly — then click Connect Integration.

Authorize in HubSpot

  • Clicking Connect Integration hands off to a HubSpot page titled Connecting Forecastr-App to HubSpot.
  • Pick the account you want from the list under Choose an account, then click Choose Account.
  • Next is the permissions screen — it lists every property the integration will read, with options to view and edit that list. Click Connect app to finish.

Find your Integration Card

Once connected, a HubSpot card appears on the Integrations page. It shows a Connected badge, a Scenario mappings count, and when it was last updated — plus four controls:

  • Map — a dropdown for how HubSpot properties line up with fields elsewhere in Forecastr.
  • Explore Data — the main interface for querying everything that's been pulled in.
  • Workbooks — a dropdown into formula sheets for analysis beyond what a simple query covers.
  • Refresh — triggers a sync on demand, outside your scheduled cadence.

This card is the jumping-off point for everything past setup — Explore Data is where the next step picks up.

Explore your HubSpot data

Click Explore Data on the card to open the main query interface.

Inside, there are four tabs on the left — AIDataSaved, and Reports — and four drag-and-drop zones on the right: Group ByHeadersMetrics, and Filters.

The AI tab opens with a prompt box and a few suggested queries as a starting point, like "Deals won by owner per month" or "Deal pipeline by stage" — describe what you want in plain English and it configures the pivot table for you.

Prefer to build it yourself instead of asking the AI? Use the Data tab to browse every synced table, then drag columns straight into the zones on the right.
