Keyboard Shortcuts
Find out about our currently available keyboard shortcuts.
We’ve added in keyboard shortcuts into our platform to help speed up your model-building process! For most of the shortcuts below you will see “ctrl/cmd” which represents the control key for a Windows computer or the Command key for a Mac.
Please note that our application is currently in Beta, so features are subject to change as we continue to build incredible tools for you!
Shortcuts
- Ctrl/Cmd+C - Copy the selected cell, formula, or name.
- Ctrl/Cmd+X - Cut the selected cell, formula, or name.
- Ctrl/Cmd+V - Paste in the selected cell (as an override) or formula bar.
- Ctrl/Cmd+K - Start a Segment in the selected cell.
- Ctrl/Cmd+Z - Undo
- Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+Z - Redo
- Enter Key - Access the name or value of the selected cell. Also used to save a formula, override, or start value once it’s been typed out.
- = Key - Access the formula bar.
- Arrow Keys - Navigate the cells of the data table.
- Shift+Arrow Keys - Select multiple cells.
- Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+Arrow Keys - Extend selection to the end of a direction.
- Shift+Space - Select entire row.
- Ctrl/Cmd+Space - Select entire column.
- Ctrl/Cmd+A - Select all cells.
- Tab / Shift+Tab - move to next/previous cell.
- PgUp / PgDown - scroll table.
- Ctrl/Cmd+PgUp / Ctrl/Cmd+PgDown - cycle through sections/sheets.
- Delete Key - Deletes the row (if the row name is selected), segment (if the segment is selected), or value (if a start column cell or override/hard code is selected).
- F2 - Enter edit mode on a cell.
- Ctrl/Cmd+S - Save formula bar changes.
- Click+Drag - Select multiple cells.
- Shift+Click - Extend selected cells.
- Ctrl/Cmd+Click - Select multiple individual cells.
